- Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to order. By ordering you warrant you meet this requirement and are authorised to order on behalf of your organisation where applicable.
- Intended Use — Research Only All products are sold for in‑vitro laboratory research use only. NOT for human or animal consumption, administration, therapeutic, diagnostic, or clinical use. Capsules and packaging are inert containers only and must not be used as dosage forms or ingested.
- Orders, Pricing and Payment Orders are subject to acceptance. Prices are as displayed and may change. Payment must be made using the methods offered on the Site; by paying you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method. Once payment is authorised, orders may not be changed or cancelled except at our discretion. Keep confirmation records for your files.
- Quality and Testing We source from leading manufacturers and apply strict internal quality controls. Where applicable, batches are independently tested and certified prior to release. Customers should rely on supplied certificates of analysis and documentation for suitability.
- No Returns / Final Sale Due to the specialised nature of products, all sales are final except where consumer guarantees apply under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or the goods are faulty or not as described. Report damaged or incorrect items to support@globalpeptides.com.au immediately with order details and photos.
- Customer Responsibilities You represent that you are affiliated with a bona fide research organisation or are otherwise authorised to purchase laboratory research materials. You are responsible for:
- Ensuring lawful, safe and appropriate use in your jurisdiction;
- Following applicable safety, handling and disposal procedures; and
- Obtaining any required licences, permits or import approvals.
- Prohibited Uses and Enforcement Products must not be used for illegal, recreational, clinical, human or animal administration. We may refuse, suspend or cancel orders, request verification of affiliation, or restrict customers suspected of misuse. Suspected unlawful activity may be recorded and reported.
- Intellectual Property Site content, trademarks, logos and other IP are owned or licensed by us. You may view and print content for lawful, non‑commercial research reference but may not reproduce or republish without permission.
