Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are dispatched from Perth. If an item is in stock and your order is placed, paid and processed before 12:00pm AWST (Perth time) on a business day, it will be dispatched the same business day.
- We offer Australia Post Express Post (estimated 1–3 business days). Tracking details will be supplied when your order ships.
- Other postage options may be displayed at checkout.

Returns & Replacements
- Due to regulatory requirements for our products, we generally do not accept returns.
- If you receive incorrect, damaged or missing items, email support@globalpeptides.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue and photos if applicable. We will arrange replacements or other remedies as appropriate.
- This policy operates subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

- To cancel an order, email support@globalpeptides.com.au before the order is dispatched. We cannot cancel orders after dispatch.
