Overview Because our products are specialised and often sensitive, we generally do not accept returns. This policy is subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and does not limit any consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded by law.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing items If your order is faulty, damaged, missing, or incorrect, email support@globalpetides.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
Remedies
- For a major failure (as defined by the ACL) you may choose a refund or replacement.
- For a minor failure, we may repair, replace or provide a refund in line with the ACL.
- Agreed refunds will be returned to the original payment method where practicable.
Cancellations and returns
- Cancellations are accepted only before items have been dispatched. To cancel, email support@globalpetides.com.au with your order details.
- Returns require prior authorisation. Because many items are perishable, sterile, or for research use only, returns will generally be accepted only if goods are unopened and in original packaging and authorised by us.
- If a return is authorised due to our error or a fault, we will cover reasonable return postage. For authorised returns for other reasons, you may be responsible for return postage.
Timing We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of agreement or receipt of returned goods, as applicable.
Business purchasers If you purchase as a business (not a consumer), the ACL may not apply. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for business purchases is limited to the remedies in our Terms & Conditions.
